Joseph graduated from Cornell University cum laude with a degree in International Relations. Joseph received his real estate license in 2001 and Broker's license in 2006. He has served as a Presiding Officer on the Orange County Board of Realtors® Professional Grievance Committee.

As with many realtors, Real Estate was not Herschel's first career. He was employed in the Petrochemical Industry as a Vice President. He served for five years as operations manager of an Industrial Construction Company before becoming a Real Estate Broker and realtor.
Herschel R. Evans is a founding member of KEY HOME GROUP. He is a graduate of UCLA with a Civil Engineering degree. Herschel has a General Contractors License. Herschel is an avid sport fan and you can catch him on his bike in and around Southern Orange County.

Mr. Surfas earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and International Business from Loyola Marymount University and Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. He currently holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License and resides with his wife and children in Coto de Caza.
